On Sunday the 26th of May, Ando Shihan visited the Okayama Branch for a seminar and dan promotion.
A total of 14 people participated on the day: 4 members of our club, 4 people from Yoshinkan Aikido Okayama Club, and 6 people from Izumo Yayoi Dojo, Yoshinkan Aikido Shimane Branch.
The seminar included practical instruction on basic movements and basic techniques, including a review of the promotion examination. It was a valuable experience for our members to receive on-the-spot guidance on how to correct the actual movements our members performed during the screening.
For this reason, the seminar was easy to understand and fruitful for all participants, from those with no grade level to those with advanced degrees.
